Award winning artist, Richard K Potter was delighted to receive an invitation for international representation by the White Knight Art Agency.

He was selected to appear on Sky's Landscape Artist of the Year in 2019 and was a finalist for the British Art Prize in 2024. His work has also appeared in Sussex Life magazine.

​​​His early years were spent in Belgium and Spain until the age of ten, when he came back to the UK. He took a Media and Design degree at Portsmouth, a PGCE in Art and Design and an MA in Cultural and Critical Theory at Brighton.

He enjoys the history of art and architecture and draws inspiration from nature, the metropolis, sacred geometry and indigenous cultures.

His belief is that art is a shared experience and that an artist should be interested in the emotional integrity of his work. Art should awaken the senses and give something to the viewer, whether it is aesthetic or experiential.
